If your deposit hasn’t arrived in over 2 hrs. after sending your funds, please notify the team over email with the following information:

  • Curate account user email.
  • Curate account wallet address.
  • Sending Wallet’s Address.
  • Amount sent.
  • Time of transaction.
  • Transaction hash
