Sending your tokens to the wrong wallet or using the wrong network can be retrieved depending on the following factors:
- Tokens sent and to which address it was sent
- The amount of tokens sent
Recovery of lost funds is on a case-to-case basis, depending on the factors above. For example, if you have sent XCUR tokens to the wrong wallet and the cost to retrieve (ie, gas fees) is more than the tokens transferred, the team will no longer attempt to recover them. For a large amount, a 10% charge will be deducted from the transferred funds.
As soon as you discovered you sent it to the wrong wallet, immediately contact support via support@curate.style
Please remember that you are responsible for the transfer of your funds and the Curate team can not guarantee retrieval of wrong transferred funds.
